Perla collar shirt has a short, straight fit, pleats and slits on the sides. The airy and light collar shirt is longer in the back, with a classic collar and a full-length, frontal button placket. The shirt has large, ¾ sleeves. The collar shirt can be worn open as a blazer. The satiny fabric has iconic matte Aarikka beads woven onto the fabric.

Light stripes visible in the wooden pearls are made by Kaija's husband Erkki Ruokonen's unique technique, which is still used to hand-dye all wooden products in Raisio.
